Café lounge launch – more convenience for SAS’s frequent travelers

Beginning in April and May 2015, SAS is launching its new Café Lounge concept in Norway, at Trondheim and Tromsø airports.

Designed to compliment already existing SAS lounges, the new SAS Café Lounges are for SAS’s most frequent flyers.

“We are absolutely thrilled to launch yet another in-demand product,” says Eivind Roald, Executive Vice President Commercial at SAS. “SAS’s most frequent flyers appreciate our time-saving services, such as Fast Track, which is why we are now offering a an additional service especially designed for them.”

SAS Café Lounges offer a dedicated and relaxing environment, where SAS travelers can unwind or work. Fast flows are important to SAS’s domestic market and customers can work more effectively in Café Lounges located close to the gate. The Lounges will offer Wi-Fi Internet access, tea, coffee, and pastries.

While the first SAS Café Lounges will be in Norway, further Lounges, Service Points, and other self-service products will be launched at Scandinavian airports.
