Modern members’ club
Covent Garden Social Club
The Covent Garden Social Club is a must for those who want to discover London’s vibrant nightlife. Upstairs you’ll find the Theatre Club, where people gather to dance to loud music until the small hours. Downstairs in the basement is the Covent Garden Cocktail Club—a hidden gem that serves great drinks in a modern, cozy atmosphere. However, the guest list is strict here—only members or those who have booked in advance are allowed in.
Vibrant 1920’s bar
Evans & Peel Detective Agency
Evans & Peel Detective Agency is probably one of London’s most distinct speakeasy bars. Guests are taken on an exciting journey here. The hidden entrance can be found down a side alley in Earl’s Court and you are greeted by what looks like a detective agency. Discovering the famous cocktail bar requires a knock on the door, hidden behind a bookcase. Once inside, you can drink fancy cocktails and listen to live music in a cozy 1920’s setting.
The King’s old dining room
Rules Cocktail Bar
Upstairs at Rules, one of London’s oldest and most famous restaurants, you’ll find this hidden oasis. Here you can drink perfectly mixed cocktails in a cozy environment. Probably one of London’s best-kept secrets, Rules Cocktail Bar has an intriguing history that you can really feel in the walls the moment you walk in—the bar used to be the private dining room of King Edward VII.
