Your name?
Sidse Babett Knudsen.

Where do you live?

Where did you last travel to?
My last trips were to Los Angeles for the launch of Westworld and to Florence for the premiere of Inferno.

Business or pleasure?
It was business.

What’s your profession?

What else have you done?
I worked as an au pair and a waitress in Paris while I was studying at a theater school there. I was 18 and I didn’t know French, but they liked me and I was there for three years. I have also taught English. I have worked since I was 12. I worked in a bakery and a library while I was going to school.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I used to travel and scuba dive, but I haven’t been diving for a while. I miss it. It would be fantastic to do a film involving scuba diving.

How much cash are you carrying at the moment?
I’m a cash person. But I shouldn’t say that. Now I’ll be robbed!

What’s in your pockets right now?
Small acupuncture needles that I’ve been using because I’ve had a cough.

Who’s your best friend?
My brother. He’s a guitarist. I talk with him about creativity.

What’s your biggest nightmare?
I have a fear of technology, which is funny given the subject of Westworld.

What’s the last movie you saw or book you read?
Julieta. I love Almodóvar. The latest book I read was Jennifer Egan’s The Keep. I read a lot.

What’s your earliest memory?
I vividly remember the dentist in my kindergarten.

Who’s your biggest idol or role model?
There are so many idols and so many people that I admire. It’s been really fantastic to meet Anthony Hopkins who’s also in Westworld. He’s so curious and alive and still loves what he’s doing. He is so creative, so I guess that these days he is up there.

What would you do if you weren’t working in your current profession?
Something in the service sector. Or I’d be a diver.

What city would you like to return to?
I go to Paris quite often. It’s my second home. And I want to go to Buenos Aires.

Aisle, window or middle?
It depends. If I have to get off quickly, then the aisle. I feel that when I have a window, I have time to enjoy myself. It’s kind of symbolic.

What’s your party trick or hidden talent?
I can bend my nose and drink liters of water without stopping.
