Budget pick

Located in the historic part of Copenhagen, Marv og Ben is the definition of hygge. Spread over two floors, you immediately get a sense of being welcomed into someone’s home. The food is focused on local ingredients and Nordic techniques, with an impressive list of wines to wash it down. From start to finish, you’ll be met by friendly staff, and value for money is an understatement!

Sustainable pick

The one-Michelin-Star Relæ exudes a laid-back approach to fine dining and lets the high quality and local produce speak for itself. Nothing is left to chance, including their humble dining room with wooden drawers where guests can help themselves
to cutlery.

Luxury pick

The backbone of Kadeau is the nature of the island of Bornholm. Highly focused on seasonal produce, they incorporate different forms of food conservation so that no matter what the season, you can get the essence of Bornholm on your plate. Kadeau has space for only 24 guests, but offers the ultimate
fine dining experience Copenhagen can provide.

Wild card

The Pescatarian is a recently opened restaurant not yet named in the Michelin guide but certainly with the potential to be so in the foreseeable future. As the name suggests, this place is fish and seafood-based but also provides a vegetarian menu, along with a highly creative use of fruit and vegetables. A must-do while visiting the
popular Little Mermaid, located nearby.
