Space for many

No guide to the outdoor eateries of Stockholm would be complete without mentioning the Mosebacke terrace on Södermalm and the many reasons it is one of the premier dining locations in the city. This extensive terrace accommodates approximately 2000 guests at a time, and these seats quickly fill up on days when concerts are staged during the summer. A well-stocked bar and convivial atmosphere is the order of the day. But the best thing is, of course, free: a fantastic view over Gamla Stan, Djurgården and the Stockholm Inlet.
